Finished series: Log Horizon 2

We've finished watching Log Horizon 2, a continuation of the excellent Log Horizon series.

The first series showed how the adventurers coped with being drawn into the game world and setting up their society. The second series lacks this focus, so it's more of a mish-mash. Not every story arc is that strong, and Shiroe (arguably the series' main character) doesn't even feature in some of the episodes. I did like the fact that the adventurers slowly seemed to realise that this is not a game anymore: things are not "designed", so they might not be beatable...
The other side of that is that the series seems to be more character focussed, and I liked that part of it. We get some soul searching, and some decisions are reached.

Overall, I liked it quite a bit, but it is not as strong as the first series.
