"Success" is a socio-economic concept. You are succesfull if you can supply your own needs (gainfully employed or running a business that makes enough), and when people respect your person and your opinions. At least, that is how I see success.

I'm going to assume that you mean 'successful' probably in a work-social-engagement kind of way - and I definitely agree with 'integrity', but I'm curious to hear what you meant with 'authenticity'. Not meaning to nitpick, but genuinely curious! I hear that word used a lot, both correctly and incorrectly, and everybody has a different interpretation about it... what's yours?

"Authenticity" means projecting your own persona in interactions with others. So no NLP tricks, but engaging others with your genuine personality. I've heard it being described as "being your own person".
