I'm reading through the huge pile of Shadow World modules that I bought in the auction. I get all sorts of inspiration: a social structure that I could use, a layout of a mansion, particular types of NPCs...
Rolemaster is indeed a high-fantasy RPG -- every NPC has at least one magic item, no matter how lowly. If you loot the bodies of everyone you encounter in a typical adventure module, you'll get so many magical items, potions, masterwork weapons and powerpoint multipliers that you'd never have to work again. Where do they get all that stuff anyway?

Right now, I'm reading "The Orgillion Horror". Next up will be "Demons of the Burning Night". Players in my Rolemaster campaign need not be afraid. Honestly. Trust me!
