D&D campaign!

I'll be playing in nathreee's newly minted D&D 3.5 campaign. I spent most of the evening yesterday with creating a character -- only the second time I did so.

I am, again, amazed at how compartimentalised and one-dimensional D&D characters are. Every class has their role that they can't easily step out of. And all skills and feats are focussed on the typical 'adventuring' stuff. And it's not like this huge abstraction makes the rules any easier to cope with either.

Sometimes I miss making characters in RoleMaster. That game has such expressive power... Oh well, beggars can't be choosers!

The pages of the character sheet can be found here and here. I'm pretty pleased with how Paythan came out, considering everything.
