New anime

Kurenai: Schoolboy Kurenai lives on his own and takes on all sorts of odd jobs from a lady called Benika. She tasks him with guarding the child from some super-rich and influential family, Murasaki, who has run away from home. It takes some time for her to get used to the dingy apartment Kurenai lives in, and when he leaves for school, she leaves too...
Super-nice character designs, well animated, very detailed backgrounds. The characters are interesting too, and it seems there is more going on just below the surface...

xxxHolic: Kei: More xxxHolic! It is exactly the same like the previous series, so if you liked that (and we did), you will like this one. It starts out quite nicely, focussing on the main characters, easing you back into the intriguing world of xxxHolic.

As an aside: how can AnimeNewsNetwork claim not to support fansubs when they post reviews of the new series out in Japan!?
