Single versus Double

I was going to post a poll in gadget_design and microcontroller about PCBs and people's thoughts about kits that required soldering wire jumpers.

But now I see that if I order with Olimex, the difference between single-sided and double-sided is only 7 dollars on a PCB of 10x16 cm: $26 for the single-sided version, $33 for the double-sided. Given the fact that, for instance, the electronic dice PCB is only 5x4 cm and they offer free panelisation, this is only a 7/8th dollar price increase for the PCB.

I foresee lots of sloppy routing in my future. ;)
