Antibiotics of the future

The antibiotics of the future may very well be found in a species millions of years old: the crocodile.

Their immune system even kills HIV and other stuff that has become penicillin resistant.
Of course, we're still far from applying this in medicine, but an antibiotic that doesn't kill at least one type of animal is certainly a step up from various chemical concotions. Yes, chlorine bleach kills HIV too, but the chances of getting that into an antibiotic that doesn't kill the host are pretty slim.
