Taste of iron in my throat
Red stains on my beard
I have these frequent nosebleeds again. Unprovoked, my nose may start bleeding. These periods of nosebleeds always last one or two weeks until it again subsides -- but within two months or so, the cycle begins anew.
I once was tested by a doctor who did natural medicine. He determined that I had these nosebleeds because I had a magnesium-deficiency. And that was because I had too little calcium. So he made me take these pollen-pills, and lo and behold: the nosebleeds subsided. But a few months later, they were back again. So much for magnesium and calcium, I guess.
It's also not my blood pressure -- I get tested every three months, and my blood pressure is constantly within normal parameters. I guess I'll just have to get used to it, it's more of a nuisance than anything else.
Better stock up on handkerchiefs, especially for daytrips like today!
